Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using AMK Coding's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services Provided
AMK Coding provides web development and design services including:
- Website design and development
- E-commerce solutions
- Web application development
- Branding and design services
- SEO optimization
- Website maintenance and care plans
Project Scope & Deliverables
Project Timeline: Timelines are estimates based on project complexity and client responsiveness. Delays in client feedback or content provision may extend delivery dates.
Revisions: Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Content Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and materials. AMK Coding is not liable for delays caused by missing content.
Payment Terms
Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to commence work on all projects.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before final delivery.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest charge.
Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property
Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables and have full rights to use them.
Pre-existing Materials: AMK Coding retains rights to any pre-existing code, libraries, or frameworks used in development.
Portfolio Use: AMK Coding reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranties & Support
Bug Fixes: We provide a 7-day bug fix warranty after launch for issues directly related to our work.
Browser Compatibility: Websites are tested on major modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, plugins, or hosting providers.
Limitation of Liability
AMK Coding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
